Who can attend? (Do I have to be a Monash student?)

Our conference is open to everyone! Whether you’re a student, professional or academic, your input will be valuable in shaping 2050. Also, our student price is open to all students regardless of university or school.

What should I expect?

A day of conversation and collaboration and exposure to new ideas and experiences!

How do I get there? 

The conference is being held at Monash University, Clayton. It is accessible by bus, train, and car with free parking on weekends. More information can be found here.

Do I have to stay the whole day?  

We’ve worked hard to bring you a comprehensive experience, which we believe will be most valuable if experienced in its entirety. If you do have to leave early, though, we understand.

Is lunch provided?

Yes! A delicious hot lunch will be provided by Asylum Seeker Resource Centre along with morning tea, free coffees and a post event reception!

What should I bring?

Yourself, your bright ideas, and a drink bottle or KeepCup to help us save waste.

What shall I wear?  

We’ll be tackling some of the world’s most pressing issues and we want you to look the part so business attire or smart casual please.
